Here are the positions and qualifications Requirements:

Administration Department/ Customer service Representative

Experience required for administration position (1 year minimum)
Excellent Communication and customer service skills
Professional and pleasant phone voice
Manage business details ( MUST BE : knowledgeable about services we provide, prices, ect)
Basic computer skills
Pays attention to details very well
Reliable, honest and trust worthy
Has a enthusiastic personality
Answers all incoming calls
Manages Schedules, and cancels appointment's
Responds back to customers inquires Promptly (Including emails)
Sends out invoices
Sends out reminders to customers the day before scheduled appointment

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Experience is a MUST (Minimum of 2 years)
Able to provide professional references (Previous employer(s)
Sell services to customers
Customer Service Skills: The customer is always right. You will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
Work with customers to find what they want
Communication Skills: You will need to speak to customers about our services we provideand answer any questions they might have.
Create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process
Target a combination of inside/outside sales job.
Finds new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals, etc.
Pass out Business cards/Flyers
Must learn about our services to be fully knowledgeable to sell.
Knows how to bid on commercial buildings
Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job.

sales representatives will focus on inside sales, which typically involves "cold calling" for new clients while in an office setting, and outside sales, which involves visiting clients in the field with new or existing clients.

Residential/Commercial Cleaners

Experience preferred but not required (Training will be provided)
Excellent attention to details
Follow directions well
Okay with pets (Residential cleaners)
Customer service skills Preferred But not necessarily a MUST. Training is available and will be provided for those who need it. (knows how to speak to others with respect in a professional manner)
Must have reliable transportation (Valid Drivers license and proof of insurance is required)
Must be well Groomed at all times (Clean, and wrinkle FREE) Women hair should be neatly place together, no expose body parts should be shown at anytime, Men hair should be neatly trimmed including facial hair.
